Madeira - Island Flydrive Programme
Day 1 - Arrive Funchal Airport and met by our representative to assist and collect your car. Drive to nearby village of Santo da Serra for two nights stay at Porto Bay Serra Golf.
Day 2 - Explore the villages of Santo da Serra, Caniçal and Porto da Cruz. Time permitting pay a visit to Pico Ruivo, the highest peak on the island. Return to the Estalagem for overnight stay.
Day 3 - Drive to Pico das Pedras to take in the magnificent views from Madeira’s highest point at Pico Ruivo. Head north towards the villages of Faial, São Jorge, Boa Ventura and Ponta Delgada on your way to São Vicente for overnight accommodation at the Estalagem do Mar.
Day 4 - From Sao Vicente, drive along the north coast to the village of Seixal and then on to Porto Moniz to discover more of hidden Madeira. Overnight Hotel Euro Moniz.
Day 5 - From Porto Moniz continue towards the villages of Achadas da Cruz, Ponta do Pargo and Calheta on your way to Ponta do Sol for an overnight stay at the Enotel Baía.
Day 6 - Follow the road to Ribeira Brava and then through the valley of Serra de Agua up to Encumeada, here take a walk among the breathtaking peaks that tower all around. From here return towards Ribeira Brava on your way to Funchal, the island’s capital city, for two nights staying at the Pestana Casino Park Hotel.
Day 7 - Explore Funchal and enjoy its lovely parks, gardens, shops, restaurants, cafés and many other attractions that will make your holiday one to remember.
Day 8 - Sadly it is time for you to return home. Drive towards the village of Santa Cruz on your way to the airport, leaving plenty of time to check in for your flight to the UK
